Shipping Info

We use FedEx or for orders 1lb and under we use the United States Postal Service to ship your order. Every product is made fresh and usually ships within 2-3 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can also log into your account to see the status of your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Spot Organics. If however you are not completely satisfied we will issue a full refund for the product price. You have 14 days to return a product. Please note that returns do to dislike, size, packaging ect. will incure a 20% restocking fee. To return your product please contact us for a return authorization. We will email you with instructions on how to return your product to us. Once we have received your product we will then issue you a refund via company check. We do not pay for return shipping charges. If however your product was defective or was a mistake on our part we will gladly pay your return shipping charges.

We respect your privacy and therefore never sell, trade, or give your personal information or e-mail addresses to third parties not affiliated with your online order. You will only receive e-mails from us regarding your order.
